1. APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the YU Official website (yuofficial.com).

By placing an order, you confirm that you have:

  • and accepted these Terms without reservation

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information.

However:

  • slight variations may occur (colors, fit, materials)
  • product appearance may vary depending on your screen

We do not guarantee that all content is:

  • error-free
  • complete
  • always up to date

3. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You provide accurate billing and shipping information

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse
  • cancel
  • or limit any order

including in cases of:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment issues
  • violation of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded accordingly.


4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change at any time without prior notice.

Applicable:

  • taxes (if required)
  • shipping costs

are calculated and shown at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using available payment methods.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Once your order is shipped:

  • tracking information will be provided (when available)

Delivery times are:

  • estimates only
  • not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to:

  • carriers
  • customs
  • weather
  • external factors

6. RETURNS (FREE RETURNS – APPAREL ONLY)

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

Return eligibility (apparel)

Items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all tags attached

For hygiene reasons, items that have been:

  • worn
  • washed
  • damaged

will not be accepted.

To start a return:

  • you must contact us first
  • and receive return instructions

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy

No restocking fees are charged.


8. NON-RETURNABLE / EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale / discounted items (if marked as such)
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrect items.


9. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YU Official shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits or revenue
  • delays caused by third parties

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
