30-day free returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return eligibility (activewear & apparel)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return (optional)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Please include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if possible)

We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale / discounted items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
