Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

High-Demand Periods:
During promotional periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days, and in exceptional cases up to 7 business days.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information where available.

YU Official reserves the right to delay processing in cases of:

  • Payment verification
  • Fraud prevention checks
  • Unexpected operational constraints

2) SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days after shipment
  • Cost: Free
  • Tracking: Provided when available

Expedited Shipping (if available)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout
  • Tracking: Provided when available

Important Notice:
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other events beyond our control

YU Official shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.


3) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Australia
  • Other international destinations (where available)

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are:

  • Not included in your order total
  • Determined by local authorities
  • The sole responsibility of the recipient

YU Official is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by local authorities.


4) ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link (when available)
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active after shipment.

5) ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Before Shipment:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped:

  • Address changes are not possible
  • Orders cannot be canceled

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.


6) LOST, DELIVERED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify delivery areas (mailbox, porch, reception)
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Liability Disclaimer:
YU Official is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist in initiating carrier investigations where applicable.


Stolen Packages

YU Official is not liable for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.


7) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a refund (at our discretion)

8) UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees may apply

YU Official is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer error.


9) PEAK SEASONS & DELAYS

During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays, promotions):

  • Processing times may extend to 5–7 business days
  • Delivery delays may occur

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated.


10) PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

However:

  • Delivery times may be longer
  • Tracking updates may be limited

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YU Official shall not be liable for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Customs delays or fees

All risks are transferred to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
